Comment: What a load of bollocks, the NE Roadrunners were founded in 1984 in the Fox & Hounds Pub, Hetton le Hole, by a group of lads who were mostly striking miners. I don't know where you have got the idea that it was formed in 1955. Founder member, John Soppitt.
